I know dozens of people who have won multiple times. Including my mother! She’s won six different sweepstakes so far. She’s won six giveaways already!
Luck plays a part of it. And I’m going to give you 10 ideas on HOW to increase your luck in this articles!
Read on if you want your mailbox to overflow with goodies!
1. Think Happy Thoughts!
Do you find yourself always thinking that you’ll never, ever win no matter how hard you try? Doubting that you’ll win is one of the most stressful parts of entering sweepstakes.
Those thoughts of “Will I ever win?” invade your mind and make you feel like you’re wasting your time. Don’t let this thought burn you out and cause you to stop entering sweepstakes. Remember, not entering daily decreases your chances!
Make sure to always keep your thoughts positive by reminding yourself:
- “All it takes is one entry”
- “I have a chance to win if I enter”
- “Those are real people winning and it could be me next!”
2. Imagine Yourself Winning
“Picture yourself vividly as winning and that alone will contribute immeasurably to success. Great living starts with a picture, held in your imagination. of what you would like to do or be.” - Harry Emerson Fosdick
Professional athletes do this all the time. They often use visualization to help them imagine winning. Making the big shot or the big play.
Why not try this tried-and-true tactic? Think about yourself driving that new car you’re entering for a chance to win. Or picture yourself sitting on the catch in front of that brand new flatscreen HDTV!
If you imagine how you would feel if you won! it can help push you through periods of bad luck. The persistence to keep entering daily will increase your luck and odds!
3. Make Sure Your Environment Is Comfortable
Feng Shui can increase the flow of luck in your office as well!
It’s an ancient Chinese art of moving around your furniture to invite luck into your environment!
I know some people arrange their offices, sweepstakes-entering area, or desk to bring them more luck.
Feng Shui teaches us that having a messy area clutters our minds and keeps us from functioning at tip-top levels.
Cluttered space can slow down your entering or even bog down your mood so you can’t think positively! Make sure everything you need is in reach, but organized.
Check the lighting in your room and make sure that it is comfortable for your eyes but still allows you to see well. Lightning should be soft and yellow in order to minimize the stress on your eyes and soothe your mood.
4. Keep A Lucky Charm By Your Side!
Some people think lucky charms aren’t worth your time. But many sweepstakes winners have found that a lucky charm grounds them and gives them the strength to stay positive and focus on winning!
A lucky charm can be anything from a piece of jewelry. A semblance of your favorite number (7 is a really lucky one!). Or pictures of all things lucky (rainbows, four leaf clovers, coins, cats, and bamboo). My lucky charm is a stuffed owl that I keep on my desk all the time! Lucky charms will help you feel lucky, which in turn, can make YOU lucky!
5. Working Hard Makes You Lucky
It’s true that luck is part of sweepstakes. But hard work can bring you luck too! The harder (and more) you work at entering the sweepstakes, the better your chances of winning. You can work harder and become even more efficient at maxing out your entries!
Make sure you have all of your sweepstakes ready to enter in separate tabs. You can also enter only click to enter sweepstakes sites. That way you don’t have to type your information into a form every time you enter.
6. Use Your Spirituality
Spirituality can be a great luck bringer. Whether you use your spirituality by saying a prayer before or even during the entering process. You can use this prayer to increase your luck or even someone else’s luck. Saying a prayer asking your higher power to make sure the most deserving person wins can make you feel positive and lucky.
Not only can prayer bring you luck. But it can calm you down and soothe your spirit. I know that when I feel stressed, just thinking a prayer in my mind can help keep me on the right path for the day!
7. Karma Is The Name Of The Game
Everyone tends to believe “What goes around comes back around.” So increasing your luck by karma is a great way not only to help you with sweepstakes, but make the world a better place. Treat people with kindness and help where help is needed in order to increase your karma.
When it comes to sweepstakes, a lot of good karma can come from sharing sweepstakes links with other people you know who may be interested in the prize. Everyone needs help finding top sweepstakes giveaways. So if you find something awesome, be sure to share it to increase your karma… and your luck!
8. Surround Yourself With Positivity!
If doubt starts to creep up, enhance the positivity section of your brain! To do this, you could read blog posts about people who have won, play some really fun and positive music while entering your sweepstakes, or take a break if you feel worn out! These things can all refresh your outlook and cause you to just FEEL better while entering.
9. Keep Your Computer Up To Par!
This can help a LOT. All of us get what is called “malware” on your computers from the internet. It can come from something as simple as a Facebook game or an ad on a website.
You can even accidentally download malware yourself thinking it’s a real program you need! Make sure you run a weekly malware, bloatware, and virus scan on your computer. This will tell you what needs to be removed from your computer to keep it running fast and efficiently.
I recommend CC Cleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avast anti-virus. They all have free versions that I use on a daily basis (since I do so much surfing) and keep my computer running fast, tip top shape.
Having a clean computer gives me piece my mind and makes it easier for me to focus on entering sweepstakes!
10. Reaffirm Your Worth To YOURSELF!
This helps even in your daily life. We all get down from time to time. But it’s so much easier to face the day if you know that you are awesome. Every morning when I wake up, I tell myself, “You are going to have a GREAT day today!”. It helps if I start to have a bad day to tell myself, “Remember, today is a GREAT day!”. This changes your attitude and outlook on life completely!
Remember:
- Tell yourself that you are a winner.
- You are as worthy as everyone else entering for a chance to win.
- If you are entering, that means you have a chance.
- You are lucky as long as you are working hard.
- Entering, even if you don’t win, means that you are trying to better your chances!
As always, make today better than yesterday,
